Educated at Kelvinside Academy in Glasgow, Scotland, Dugmore started his musical career initially playing guitar. However, he became enamored with the drums upon seeing pictures Ringo Starr playing inside his Beatles records, immediately becoming impressed with the drum set equipment.
Dugmore then joined John Stewart's road band, and then Linda Ronstadt's; he also played for several James Taylor albums. In the 1990s, he moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where he began playing steel guitar on country music albums Dugmore also plays Dobro, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, banjo and mandolin. uk/omaha/or12/or12 10.

John Saxon, Actor: A Nightmare on Elm Street. Born Carmine Orrico on August 5, 1936 in Brooklyn
John Saxon (born Carmine Orrico; August 5, 1935) is an American actor and martial artist who has worked on more than 200 projects during a span of 60 years. Saxon is known for his work in westerns and horror films, often playing police officers and detectives. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Saxon studied acting with Stella Adler before beginning his career as a contract player for Universal Pictures, appearing in such films as Rock, Pretty Baby (1956) and Portrait in Black (1961).
When I first came to Hollywood in 1954 I was very fortunate to be signed by Universal Studios as a contract player at age 17. In those days the studios really took care of their young talent and groomed them into accomplished actors. What an amazing opportunity for a young boy from Brooklyn! I made the move from New York to Hollywood after Tony Curtis. The first thing Tony said to me was, Don’t let them give you a hard time about your Brooklyn accent. But I wanted to expand my repertoire to other accents and dialects that would increase my versatility as an actor . Best wishes to , or Happy Birthday to . John Saxon.
