Beautiful piece composed by Czech composer Zdenek Fibich (1850-1900), one of my favourites! .
eské Budějovice is a statutory city in the Czech Republic.
Czech composer of classical music (30 December 1859, Prague – 29 May 1951, Nový Vestec). He is often referred to as J. B. Foerster. Foerster wrote around 200 works, among them 5 symphonies, 6 extent choral works (predominantly masses) and numerous orchestral, concertant and chamber compositions. His music is considered very subjective and personal, mystical and idealistic.
